BOOST is the workout-only version of our popular Body Well program.

It’s the workouts from Body Well, just without the defined 8-week session time frame and nutrition plan.

It’s great if you want a high intensity, moms-only, results-based interval training workout to achieve your fitness goals. Add some BOOST classes to your regular workout schedule, or just drop in whenever you want to sweat, smile, and achieve some sanity in a motivating group environment. Workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels
