Fired Up Core (Virtual)

Try one of our newest Virtual Classes - Wednesdays at 1:00pm!

This 15-20 minute workout is perfect to squeeze in during your busy day and work on one of your biggest and most important groups of muscles -- your core.
Join us for this class as we work on all parts of your 3 dimensional core. Be prepared to get your heart rate up a little and then blast through a core workout.

All you need is comfortable workout clothes/shoes, a yoga mat, weights or resistance band and water.
