Join us for Family Strides 360! Bring your whole crew! Significant others are FREE with a paying client. Kids 5+ are allowed to sit off to the side on a blanket during the workout. All other kiddos must be in the stroller throughout class. Enjoy a 60 minute cardio and lower body conditioning workout!
