Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
Stroller Barre will meet outside (see map & park by the arrow) weather permitting at Ackerman (800 St. Charles Road, Glen Ellyn). The class will travel around the grounds. Please have your child in the stroller throughout class. If you need to nurse, bottle feed, change a diaper, or give a snack feel free to do so throughout class.
Stroller Barre Open House is a FREE event.
Class is on Monday, May 20 from 9:30am-10:30am with a fun playgroup exploring a May Flowers Sensory Bin to follow at 10:30am.
