Stroller Fitness Class at Cantigny • Thu, May 25 at 9:30AM Instructed by Heather Brown • Cantigny Park

Work out with FIT4MOM DuPage County! This women’s fitness class is 60 minutes long and will incorporate cardio, strength, and balance training, as a part of an outdoor, socially-distanced workout. Bring your kids in a stroller, or come on your own (without kids)! Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, FIT4MOM classes are an excellent workout for all fitness levels.

Parking at Cantigny is free when attending our classes. Just mention "FIT4MOM" at the parking entrance.

What to bring to class:

  • Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
  • Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
  • Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
  • Sunscreen (classes will be held outdoors)
